Refund on Shipping to the customer and Costs of returning an item apply only when the goods being returned are faulty.

A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary.
After those 14 days, please note, that we are only able to exchange the product if there is an actual issue with it (Faulty device or wrong items were delivered). This is examined by our product expert. Please note if there is no detectable issue with the product, we are not able to exchange or refund it.
All the items come with a one month guarantee. This does not affect your statutory rights. The guarantee covers any manufacturer defects and covers any repairs, or replacements, if deemed to be faulty or beyond repair.
