Please note that some deliveries can take up to 3 hours maximum depending on traffic.
Caution: Please note that orders placed past 3pm on Thursdays will still be processed on Friday but will be delivered the following Monday and Tuesday in the event of bank holidays.
All orders placed after 3pm on Friday, won't be processed until the following Monday.
Free delivery for purchases over £30 are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for. This option has tracking. This option requires a signature.
If your order has not arrived within 8 working days (UK orders) and 16 working days (non-UK orders) please contact us quoting your order number in all correspondence.
Caution: Please do check with your countries customs regulations as some will not allow parcels containing e-liquid and devices in the country. Also please note that we are unable to send parcels tracked to PO Boxes but we can still provide proof of postage.
The majority of deliveries require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained.
Tracking and Signature items are processed in a separate network while they’re in the UK.
We provide proof of posting and compensation up to £50 as standard for all shipping options.
All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified.
After those 14 days, please note, that we are only able to exchange the product if there is an actual issue with it (Faulty device or wrong items were delivered). This is examined by our product expert. Please note if there is no detectable issue with the product, we are not able to exchange or refund it.
All the items come with a one month guarantee. This does not affect your statutory rights. The guarantee covers any manufacturer defects and covers any repairs, or replacements, if deemed to be faulty or beyond repair. If the product has been damaged in any way by the customer we reserve the right to refuse a refund or return.
To return your items you will need:
- The product you want to return
- Receipt or invoice
- The original packaging of each product that you want to return and all of it (spare parts, instructions for use, etc ...)
