      Same day deliveries rules:

      • Currently available in all M25 London
      • We will deliver within 1 hour (3 hours maximum depending on traffic) on the same day.
      • Order before 6.00pm.
      • Shipping starts between 9am and 10am.
      • All deliveries require a signature.

      Caution: Working days only.

          Next day/overnight deliveries

          • Available for all customers.
          • Courier, guaranteed by 4pm next working day
          • The cutoff for booking this is 3pm on the day you place your order. Orders received after 3pm will be dispatched on the next day as if they were received on that day. 
          • This option has tracking.
          • All deliveries require a signature.

          Caution: Please note that orders placed past 3pm on Thursdays will still be processed on Friday but will be delivered the following Monday and Tuesday in the event of bank holidays.

          All orders placed after 3pm on Friday, won't be processed until the following Monday.

          Royal Mail, First Class 

          • Available for all customers.
          • Shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class signed for
          • Aim to deliver next working day, including Saturdays.
          • Cut off for 1st class is 3pm.
          • This option has tracking.
          • All deliveries require a signature.

          Royal Mail, Second Class

          • Available for all customers.
          • Shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for. 
          • Between 3-5 working days to arrive.
          • Cut off for 2nd class is 3pm.
          • This option has tracking.
          • All deliveries require a signature.

          Free delivery for purchases over £50

          Shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for. This option has tracking. This option requires a signature.

          Special delivery options

          If you wish to tell us to leave your parcel with a neighbour or have other requests for delivery, please specify this in the notes section of your order and we will do our best to facilitate it.

          Shipping to PO Boxes

          Please note that orders to be delivered to PO boxes cannot be tracked nor signed for.

          International Delivery

          Destination dependent:

          • Available for all customers.
          • Shipped via Royal Mail tracked and signed (if available). 
          • Within 3-5 working days in EU
          • Within 5-7 working days worldwide.
          • Cut off for International is 3pm (UK Time).
          • This option has tracking (Tracking can end at the UK border depending on the country).
          • All deliveries require a signature.

          Caution: Please do check with your countries customs regulations as some will not allow parcels containing e-liquid and devices in the country. Also please note that we are unable to send parcels tracked to PO Boxes but we can still provide proof of postage.


          The majority of deliveries require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained.

          If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office, they will leave a card for you telling you where it is. You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address than your payment address if this is more convenient for you.

          Tracking and Signature items are processed in a separate network while they’re in the UK. We provide proof of posting and compensation up to £100 as standard for the tracked services with extra compensation up to £300 to protect valuable items against loss or damage. For Signed the standard level of compensation is £50 with extra compensation up to £250.

          All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified.

          Customers are required to note that the Royal Mail Airmail service is not an insured or tracked service. In the event your shipment is lost we do not accept any liability.


          We can only refund/replace goods up to the value of £50 if Royal Mail signed for option is chosen.

          If your order has not arrived within 8 working days (UK orders) and 16 working days (non-UK orders) please contact us quoting your order number in all correspondence.
