With an integrated 950mAh battery that can output up to 17W of power, a 2ml pod which utilises a built-in kanthal coil, and a handy battery indicator light, the Orion Q is ideal for both new and experienced vapers. The Orion Q pod features a fully adjustable airflow to help tailor the vaping experience to personal preference, whilst the top fill system not only adds convenience, but allows for quick and easy refilling without the need to remove the pod when compared with other similar devices. International orders are shipped with Royal Mail tracked and signed option. Delivery usually takes 3-5 days in EU and 5-7 working days worldwide.
The Consumer Contracts Regulations give the customer 14 calendar days from the day he receives his goods to cancel, if the customer simply changes his mind.
Customers are responsible for returning the items within 14 calendar days of cancelling and refunds must be paid within 14 calendar days after returning the goods, or evidence that they were returned.
Refund on Shipping to the customer and Costs of returning an item apply only when the goods being returned are faulty.
House of Vapes will provide the postage to return the items in case of the customer does not want to bring the item directly to a shop.
A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary.
After those 14 days, please note, that we are only able to exchange the product if there is an actual issue with it (Faulty device or wrong items were delivered). This is examined by our product expert. Please note if there is no detectable issue with the product, we are not able to exchange or refund it.
All the items come with a one month guarantee. This does not affect your statutory rights. The guarantee covers any manufacturer defects and covers any repairs, or replacements, if deemed to be faulty or beyond repair. If the product has been damaged in any way by the customer we reserve the right to refuse a refund or return.
