    Have you ever wished you could have your vape liquid turn up at your doorstep without having to lift a finger?

    Now with our subscription service, you can!

    We all have our go-to liquids and coils that we cannot live without, so we had a thought… what if we created a convenient way for our customers who are in the same dilemma? Luckily, we have! When ordering your favourite e-liquid and/or desired coils, there will be an added option on the cart page that will offer you to have a one-off purchase or to subscribe and save. (To access it, click on Edit Cart before checking out).

    Note: All items in the basket will be added to the subscription.

    You will be given the option to choose the days, weeks and months you would like to receive your order. Plus, a saving of 5% on each order! Once you are all set-up, simply sit back, relax and wait for the reoccurring order to arrive on your chosen date. Not only we will memorise your order, but we will memorise your chosen postage method, remember to choose one most suited to you.

    We know that after a while we all fancy a bit of change, maybe a new device with new coils, new liquids or even adjust the frequency you receive your order. Luckily, we have made this process super simple with little to no worry when doing so.

    To do this you will need to go into your account and click the option to ‘manage subscriptions’. This will give you the ability to add, remove and change items that you are subscribed to, including coil resistance, e-liquid flavour, strength, order frequency, quantities, payment details and postage method.

    Note: Please make sure that changes to your account are made at least 24 hours prior to your next order.

    If any issues occur or you would like some general help with the service, feel free to give us a bell, our team of friendly advisors can help with this and ensure that your subscription is always kept to your satisfaction. Spam emails aren’t our thing. We will, however, contact you if there are any issues such as potential delays to your order being processed so that you can always be sure to receive the best service.
